Villa Angelina Apartments

Me and my fiancé tried to make it work here with out complaining but this has to be known before you move here. They don’t actually paint the room correctly before moving in. They just paint over the old layers no sanding or evening out the surface before painting. Not too much of a big deal. We are on the first floor so we are expected some random noise from the upper level but it is so bad. We hear every foot step in every room. The person above is home all the time and so is my fiancé because she works from home. It’s kind of funny because the irony about it, the previous tenant in our unit accidentally sent his wife’s gift here and came to pick it up. Automatically we start talking about the neighbor up stairs. He complained to the leasing office many times. Until he just moved out. A

Great apartment complex to live in. I have only been here less than a year but I’m loving it so far. Moving is was easy office staff was communicated well but the maintenance staff is really good Matthew, Marco and Jan are such a great team! They always work around my schedule when I need something fixed and found a quick solution for everything. Its rare to find a maintenance team who cares about us residents and what issues we need but Matthew and his team definitely care about what they do to make the apartment complex such a great place to live.

I would like to give a special 5 stars to the maintenance service person Carlos. He installed a new dishwasher Today. He was very professional, very clean and very polite. I really appreciate his service: Thank you, Carlos
