We were considering moving here but decided not to for personal reasons. We canceled our security deposit with Patty (manager) and have yet to receive it. It's been two weeks. Not even a courtesy call back letting us know of status. Erick is part of the team, he was great and good follow up skills.
This complex is poorly managed and filthy. Rent is pretty high for what you get, very outdated, parking issues, and vandalism. Office is rarely open and you don't get the help you need when you need it. Manager Patti is horrible; rude and unprofessional. Beware!
I feel like this place needs an updated review. The apartments/condos are cozy. For the most part pretty quiet, unlike your typical apartment complex. The only thing that would need to improve is the windows, their are old and single pane. I would recommend the complex.
Way too expensive $1,800 for a two bedroom the apartments are over 40 years old what a RIP off.
The manager is really rude and the apartments are old designed.
