I will start by saying the touring and move-in process was extremely easy with this apartment complex, and the manager seemed very eager to help me be able to secure an apartment, which was very nice to the then-naive me. However, my experience as an actual resident was sub-par at best and that is extremely generous. First, these units are overpriced for the condition of them (my 400sqft studio was infested w/ black mold but was $1005 because it was “renovated” with a shiplap wall (aka the “instagrammable finishes” they mention on the website) and some barn doors). I got to know several of the residents here and not one single person was satisfied with their living conditions, but it’s so hard to find housing nowadays that everyone kind of just dealt with it. Updating: I’m still dealing with roaches, and I know the neighbors are as well. While I appreciate that the property manager sends pest control monthly, I can’t wait to move. I’ve been in contact with the property manager, and they’ve been very understanding of my frustration, which I truly appreciate. The pest control man was optimistic, mentioning I’ve only had a few stragglers, but unfortunately, I haven’t noticed much improvement. It’s frustrating that after each treatment, there’s a noticeable increase in activity, which I understand is normal, but it’s still disheartening. Love love love the apartment! I’ve never had a roach problem and I’ve lived here almost 2 years. I’ve had timely response to any maintenance issues that I’ve had and the management company treat you like people and not just a check. Will be staying for the foreseeable future!

Serious roach problems even though we were paying for pest control services. We apparently were paying for someone to just walk through our apartment and not do anything(which I have recorded from my ring camera). Broken faucet in bathroom, let them know about it and no one got back to me until about a month later. Months went by and it went unfixed and un-replaced. The apartments look NOTHING like the photos they post. They now want people to sign a lease before taking a tour of an apartment. Not worth the trouble or money. I did reach out multiple times but management was changed multiple times and they sent someone to check the faucet and never reached back out to me with any info. "I’ve had a very positive experience living here. The landlords are responsible, kind, and understanding. They always communicate with respect and care, which I truly appreciate. The apartment is well-maintained and located in a peaceful, pleasant area. I’m sincerely grateful for their professional and thoughtful .
