Dana is truly a pleasure to work with. I was the lender on our tough closing. Dana and I talked almost every day at the end as we navigated through conditions. What we thought would be an easy closing turned into more of a mystery theater where we had to uncover the numerous things that our buyer failed to mention. He wasn’t very kind about it but Dana and I worked through it together and ultimately helped a family of 4 downsize into a more affordable situation. I highly recommend working with Dana.
