From the very beginning, she was absolutely amazing at explaining all the living options available and helping me understand what would work best for my situation. Chelsea is extremely knowledgeable, positive, and genuinely trustworthy in the information she provides. There was never any pressure—just honest answers, clear communication, and a real desire to help. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which is not something you can always say when searching for a place to live. I've been living here for about four years now.And it is without question, the best apartment complex i've been in and know of in the area. Fantastic office staff. The most important thing to me is maintenance equests, and they get them done same day or two days, max. Really stress free and a great location.

I lived here two years 2023-2025 and never had any issues. Chelsea becoming the property manager was the best thing that ever happened to the complex to help elevate it. She cares deeply, she listens, and is always finding ways to make the place more family oriented and bring people together. She even worked with me on my lease to better fit my financial situation. The maintenance team is fast, efficient, and friendly on top of that. Out of anywhere on whitemarsh, it's the most affordable and comfortable I experienced.

Chelsea was incredibly helpful. We recently worked together on potentially resolving issues on a unit. She made the process very simple and was very knowledgeable on her customers needs. She’s so sweet and is an excellent representative of the company. I think they are very lucky to have her. Looking forward to working together in the future. Thanks Chelsea!

I just recently moved here!! & I LOVE IT the peace and quiet is everything the front office is amazing down to the higher management!! Chelsea is AMAZING SHE LISTEN TO EVERYTHING & JUMP STRAIGHT ON IT OF WHAT U NEED DONE SHE ROCKS AND D ANNA SHE IS ALSO AMAZING SHE ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION I HAVE EVER HAD!! I love just love the fact that they gave me the opportunity to start life over in a AMAZING apt. Mr Elliot maintenance AMAZING HE MAKE SURE EVERYTHING RITE & TIGHT if u thinking on moving here don’t walk run!!
