VIDA Apartments & Townhomes

I’ve had a great experience living at VIDA. The move-in process was smooth, and the community is well organized and welcoming. Whenever any questions or issues come up, the leasing team is always responsive and helpful. Erin, especially, has been great to work with. She’s professional, attentive, and always willing to help make sure things are taken care of. Overall, it’s been a very great living experience, and I’m very happy living here.

Vida is a beautiful place to call home. I am extremely satisfied with the cleanliness, amenities and staff! The leasing team is professional and welcoming. Any issues are solved and communicated properly. The rooftop is beautiful and the gyms are clean. The price is also great! The security is always doing rounds driving around the building and that makes all the residents feel secured. I highly recommend living here!

Have lived here for a year now and nothing but positives to say. Well maintained, friendly neighbors, great area, and affordable. Moved into a Studio B in March of 2022 and it was my first place on my own. Happy to call VIDA home and to continue to for the coming years

Living at VIDA for the past three years has been amazing—I wish I could give them 100 stars instead of just 5! VIDA is perfectly located between downtown and Park Avenue in a newly developed neighborhood. The community offers fantastic amenities like a rooftop, two gyms, and a patio. I also pay $100 extra for garage parking with direct access to my building—completely worth it. The maintenance team is exceptional. When my washer broke down, they replaced it within 48 hours! The property is always immaculate, with beautifully maintained flowers and grass. The leasing office is also top-notch, promptly addressing any concerns. The units feature in-unit laundry, modern kitchens, and large windows for great natural light. While the walls are a bit thin, it’s not a dealbreaker. I highly recomme

I experienced great customer service from Susan and Lisa. I can’t wait to reapply and Become a resident :) . They made the application process very easy and simple. I highly recommend. This property is very clean, beautiful, and well maintained. Also, I really like how they value residents by showing appreciation.
