Going on year 3 of being a resident. Really enjoy living here. The balcony on the upper floors (which I have) are extremely spacious. Wonderful to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Phenomenal to have a gym and swimming pool on site. Great management. Well taken care of. Beautiful site.

When we first moved in we had an issue with our dishwasher leaking, and to our surprise and delight, they didn't just fix it – they replaced it with a brand new one almost immediately! Living at Victory Village Apartments was truly one of the best housing experiences I've ever had. From the moment we moved in, I was struck by how cute and cozy the apartments are. Every year the rent goes up higher, the amenities are opened for shorter times, and no personal service. We are 2 months ahead on rent and my husband informed them we are not renewing. He asked questions about the deposit and was immediately met with indirect threats of being sued....really.

Nice apartments and area. But the rent increases every year of almost $100 make it not worth it. And when you move out expect to pay for the upkeep.
