Zero stars. Very rude management. The lady in the long blue car that manages this place is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend renting from this company at all. You won’t get your deposit back no matter how well you clean the dump. The hallways smell like dog and cat feces. I’ve complained to management multiple times and they never did anything about the stench. Leaky ceilings, they clearly paint over mold I could go on and on but what for. Do not recommend!!

The process was enjoyable. They had many different locations available and viewing them was easy do for into my busy schedule. I shopped around a lot and viewed many apartments in Norfolk but the customer service and respect for me and my time shine through with J Allen from my first showing through them. Patty helped soothe any worry I had and was helpful throughout. Not planning on moving again anytime soon but if I do they will be the first place I start.

Patty is fantastic to work with. We were looking for a property for one of our team members and she made it really easy to find the listings and access the property. We were able to get a showing the same day! Great operation!

We lived at Goldstrike for 5 years. Had no issues. Got more then half our deposit back. They were good to us will definitely keep them in mind if we ever need a place again! Thank you.

Don’t expect your deposit back!!! We cleaned my sons apartment after moving out. I personally scrubbed the kitchen floor twice! And the refrigerator was spotless But evidently the lady that cleans the apt for this company stated neither were cleaned. Any way to keep from getting what’s due back to you.it seems that’s how they make extra on the deal. That’s upsetting. They should be there when you are done cleaning to check the apt so it’s not your word against theirs. Very disappointed in that.
