Victory Place Townhomes

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment community. The property is well kept, quiet, and truly feels like home. Sylvia has been amazing she’s always kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with, which makes a big difference. Maintenance is handled by one person, and he does a great job—very responsive, reliable, and thorough whenever something needs to be fixed. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience and I would definitely recommend living here.

I just want to say I love love our new maintenance team . I’ve been waiting on my toilet to be fixed for a year. They join the team and immediately got it fixed. One of the reasons I wanted to rent here was to have access to the swimming pool and be able to enjoy its amenities. I have lived here for 9 months and they closed the pool in October (right after I moved in). I was told the pool would open after Memorial day (which is what happens in most apartment complexes). It is the end of June and they have not opened the swimming pool and the explanation was that it needed to be repaired. I have not seen anyone out there repairing or working on it this whole time so it makes me wonder what is happening. One of the solutions offered to residents has been to delay the pool closing until the weather permits it, but that will be in October anyway. I think there should be a rent adjustment to all residents for the inconvenience of not being able to use t

This is the best place I’ve lived in. All of the 6 years of local Clarksville rental experience this is the place to be. This is where you get the bang for your buck. The staff is more than amazing. Here is clear and communicative staff. The maintenance crew is also pretty cool. Any issues (maintenance). Bring it up and get a SOLUTION based response! Clarksville Tenants come check it out.

We have been here a little over three months. We were extremely lucky to find this location. From our first interaction, a misunderstanding with a previous neighbor, until now Sylvia, the leasing professional has been nothing short of amazing. We even talked our neighbor from a previous apartment complex to move here. It is clean, maintenance is quick to respond, pet friendly, and the townhome itself is quiet on the inside. You do not hear anything or anyone from outside or from the neighbors next to us. We have really enjoyed our first few months here, I really wish I would have found this place sooner.
