Eric did our new construction warranty inspection and he was great! I love being able to book things online, because of time and a tyrannosaurus toddler, and Eric’s website allows you to do that. He was very quick to call and confirm some details before setting the date, which I appreciated him being thorough. On our scheduled date he was punctual and friendly. He gave us an opportunity to discuss things and ask questions about what’s in the scope of a home inspection. I truly appreciated him giving us the opportunity to just discuss things since we were not onsite for our home inspection at purchase and we are new homeowners. He is very knowledgeable and kind. Eric was top notch when inspecting my house. I bought the home site unseen so I really relied on Eric to ensure I was taken care of. He even noticed a neighbor that had a radon system installed and made sure I was aware of my options for testing which I was thankful for. Pricing was great. The website he uses for the report is great and user friendly. All around great experience!
