My property Kary at Victory was very helpful! We had a minor emergency in our unit and as soon as we got ahold of her she sent out her best subcontractor for the situation! Within the hour he was there and managed to get the problem solved. This is our first home and we didn’t even know what to do! Thank goodness she was was able to walk us though the process and even followed up with us to make sure everything was taken care of!

I’ve owned a condo for five years now in one of the communities managed by Victory Management and have had nothing but positive experiences with the company. The times I’ve had to deal with them they’ve been kind, responsive, and actually quite informative. Would definitely recommend to any community looking for a property manager!

Victory Management is a wonderful company. The managers and assistants are very responsive. They care about the communities. The managers are knowledgeable and can assist with any issue the homeowners and community may have. Someone is always available to assist; even during after hours, there is an emergency line. I think it is important to have people that care about the homeowners and listen to the board of directors, which they do.

I have worked with Victory Management for the past 3 years. I've never had a negative experience. If I'm unable to reach my property manager by phone, I can simply press 0 to get to a receptionist who will find someone in their office who is available to help me! They are very responsive to emails and help clarify a lot of questions any average, first time, HOA homeowner would have. They also have a private website, managed by them, where you can send emails, review community documents and automatically pay your fees! Very convenient! They also have an emergency line, so a leak at 3am?! No problem! Call their emergency service and they will get you help right away! I've learned a lot about what effects property value just from the inspections and it's helped me keep my home in top shape so

I once lived in a community managed by Victory. They were the ONLY company that could get any sense of order to our otherwise hornet's nest of a community. Was the medicine painful to get things in order? Yes! However, it was needed because without them I'm sure the community would have fallen apart. Victory also took us on when no one else wanted us. The community owes a debt of gratitude to Vicki and staff. Mirga was a pleasure to work with and I thank them again for their dedication to our very difficult situation or community.
