Do your research before building and talk with other customers. After building we have discovered many other unhappy customers. Communication is terrible along every department and especially the project managers. We just hit the 1 year mark since new build and here is some of the issues: 1. Power knocked out due to Victory burying trash on the main power-line 2. Majority of the windows in the house needing to be replaced. 3. Roofing issues 3. Basement Leak 4. HVAC noises (had to cut holes in Drywall to fix) 5. Squeaky Floors 6. Front Stoop Concrete needing to be replaced. Among all these issues you have to Fight to get them resolved.

Our experience with Victory Homes could not have been a better journey. We were hesitant about building as this was our first time, but Victory made each step of the way enjoyable and stress free. Their organization, integrity and quality of work is incredible. We felt like we were in the best hands from start to finish and could not be more excited to move into our beautiful new home. We built a home with Victory several years ago. It was such an enjoyable experience I missed our project manager John after our home was completed. Fast forward to yesterday. We needed to replace a broken door lock. I called Victory Homes to find out where to purchase the same item. Much to my surprise they went above and beyond and got the replacement for us and made a special trip to our home and replaced it for us. We’ve been in our house for 12 years and had been thinking about making some upgrades. This experience reminded me why I should use Victory Renovation when I’m ready to do this. We learned about The Victory Companies after my business partner built a home with one of their companies. After inspection of their home it was obvious that the work was of high quality. We were impressed. We also knew Brian, one of their home designers, so that made us feel comfortable with our decision to build with them. We worked with Brian to personalize the plan we chose—this proved invaluable for the flow of our finished home. Victory Homes of Wisconsin built our house two years ago. The sales person (Lindsey) that we worked with was great; very attentive to what we were looking for, helpful coordinating the design process and when we had questions, if she didn't know the answer, she was persistent until she was able to get it for us. The construction process went smoothly as well. The on-site superintendent (Bill) coordinated the work well and when we had questions or concerns, we were able to work things out. Overall, the quality of our home is excellent for the price we paid and if we are ever in the position of having to build again, Lindsey and the Victory team will be the ones we call.
