Overall a pretty nice place to live. Spacious 2 bed apartment with large kitchen, living room A/C, good maintenance staff, nice ammenties, but expect your typical apartment living inconveniences. We lived in the F2 2 bed apartment for 2 years and really enjoyed almost everything about the complex. The layout is good, very large living room and kitchen is great at the expense of tighter bedrooms so it really depends what your priorites will be. I really can't emphasize enough that the kitchen size is larger than most townhomes and condos in the area. Having a built in A/C in the living room was a life saver in the summer months. However, the breakers are not wired to handle both the living room A/C and a window unit running at the same time so we'd have to pick and choose which room we wan
Beautiful and peaceful community! We have thoroughly enjoyed our past 5 years living there. If we have the chance to return to the USA, we would definitely choose Victory Flats again. ---------------------------------------------------- After being away from the U.S. for 14 months, we’re excited to be back in Beaverton as of September 2024! Even more incredibly, we were fortunate enough to lease the same unit we lived in for five years. It feels amazing to be home again!
Gotta say. I love my apartment. It's nice new and modern. My kitchen is so big 4 six foot tall guys could lay down in a row in it I bet. And sooooo much storage. I have so much kitchen stuff and I even have tons of empty cupboards there's so much space. I never ever hear my neighbors either which is awesome. My third floor apartment is warm in the winter it saves on heating bills and pretty warm in the summer too but you have a giant a/c unit. Cassidy and Lauren in the office are always kind and on top of things. Can be challenging to get approved to live here even with good credit and income but it definitely keeps the rif raff out lol. My bedroom has a bathroom en suite and huge walk in closet. Four minute walk to El Monica max ststion. No real sense of community here
We moved from West End to Victory Flats in April and are really happy with our decision. The neighborhood is great and we love the walkability of the area. There are many places to walk your dog and the dog run is an excellent amenity. We don't hear a lot of noise from the street or our neighbors, and the noise from the MAX (we live right next to it) is not bad and we've gotten used to it. Parking is also good here as well. Overall, good price point for what you get, friendly staff and management, and even friendlier neighbors. We enjoy living here!
Security needs to be taken more seriously. I saw what appeared to be homeless men in their car sleeping in a carport near my unit. They were hunched over in their car in an unnatural way (they looked dead), had loads of cloths in the back of the car that could be seen through the window, and I never saw them before today. They left and now there is poop in the carport. I really believe that there should be security cameras on this property. I have seen homeless people come onto the property more and more over the years and other things of concern. I have been told to call Washington county non-emergency if I see something like that again, and that is fine but I believe that there should be some onsite security measures taken as well. I saw this when I was about to go to work at around 6:00
