Victory at Summerhill

In a word, EXCELLENT! Before, I came to the office and met the lovely ladies, I rode to the units the day before and loved the vibe and feel of the grounds. The security, and the cleanliness. Love how close it is to the freeway. The next day, I came in to the office and Airis greeted me, and welcomed me. She was with a future resident, so I sat and waited for her. The office was so well put together. My ex-husband is an interior decorator, so I have a thing about unique style and decorations, and that was my 2nd most pleasing introduction to the Victory at Summerhill. MOST of all, Airis! Indeed a pleasure to work with her! True definition of professionalism and excellent customer service. She was very communicative and accommodating. Detail oriented. Most reliable, and most considerate.

My favorite thing about the community are their personal! I haven’t met one person that wasn’t friendly or tried to assist me with my needs. I am not someone who needs a maintenance frequently and I live on the 5th floor so my experience might be different than others but from my vantage point, admin is very fair, responsive and always seem to be present! Though we are located not far from a high traffic area, being so close to the highways, but far enough to where you don’t hear the cars all day and night, allows for quicker access to different parts of the city which is definitely a boon given our location in Atlanta!

I have that the pleasure of living here in the Victory, I have built a great relationship with the leasing agents, apartment life and maintenance, heck I’m even cool with Ms. Yolanda. I moved in with the previous leasing team who were decent I couldn’t complain I only lived here two months and then they left but I spent the last few months with Mrs. Shawn, Gina-Marie and the new addition to the team Aris. They’re super helpful, I have nothing negative to say about them at all. I stop by dang near every day to say hello, and end up staying 1-2 hours. Please read in its entirety for my experiences are from the 3000 building. I've had an extremely disappointing experience living at The Victory at Summerhill. For over three months, the only elevator in the building was broken, causing significant pain to my already bad knee as I had to use the stairs every day. My visitations were limited due to elevator access being nonexistent. I have family and friends whom elevator access is mandatory however, as previously mentioned building 3000 is broken. This not only affected my physical health but also resulted in extreme costs for moving fees since the moving company had to navigate the stairs. This management team has absolutely zero regard for tenants quality of life after you sign your lease. I'm going to break this down into bullet points so it's a little easier to digest. Here is what you can expect from your time at Victory: - Prepare to regularly fall asleep to gun shots in the middle of the night and wake up to police officers knocking on doors in the morning. - When the leasing office tells you they have security on site to prevent this, please know that this is an inside joke. - Several of the apartments are Airbnbs - Trash Valet service sometimes runs when they are supposed to.
