My experience at this property has been excellent. The community is clean, and well-managed. Mariana, the assistant manager, is consistently professional, responsive, and supportive. She always takes the time to help and ensures residents feel valued. The leasing team made the application and move-in process smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend living here.

I’m satisfied with the working that make Maintenance that is done here the workers are very efficient and always keep the area clean to make a good impression and the manager is very friendly and always tries to help all her tenants and colleagues.

The new leasing assistant is selling parking spots which she shouldn't be doing. We barely have any parking spots as it is. She is allowing people to buy parking spots for a "third car" which is not allowed in the property. Residents are allowed to have two cars per apartment and she is selling the residents a extra parking spot and pocketing the money. She's barely in the office or when she is she either comes in up to three hours later after opening hours or leaves three hours early from closing time. She claims residents don't pay they're rent on time but when they try paying early in the morning before they go off to work she's not there even tho the office should already be open. And when they try paying after work during the day when the office should still be open she's not there be

Don’t come here ! Was a resident here 5 years paying all our bills before they were even due and all for what so they Can last minute not renew our lease because of the managers making false accusations of us shooting in the apartments with no proof ! Also making up that you owe the office money for their electricity while you have your own ! These managers here Diana & Eddy have no experience what so ever and should not even be here or in any office . Heard they got fired and hope it’s true! And also if you have any complain the owner never bothers to fix anything so think a million times before coming here they will make false accusations of you and just say they won’t renew your lease any day not caring your situations with your kids ! Horrible !
