Samantha and Mohab make an extraordinary team in the Victoria Tower Residences property management office. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable and very responsive to any inquiries or requests. They are also very kind individuals with high level of integrity and humanity, eager to help in any circumstances. There have been visible and noticeable improvements in all areas of building functionality, as well as building appearance and maintenance under Samantha's management. Without hesitation, I give the team a full five-star rating and my sincere gratitude.

Ever since the new management company took over, the improvements at Victoria Tower have been incredible! The building is always spotless, and the amenities are great. The staff is amazing—always friendly and helpful. I especially love the addition of the new concierge service; they’re professional, welcoming, and go above and beyond to assist residents. She has done an incredible job making meaningful improvements throughout the building and ensuring that tenants’ needs and concerns are always addressed in a timely and professional manner. The maintenance and housekeeping teams are courteous and consistently keep the building clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff are kind and helpful, and picking up packages has become much easier and more organized since the new team began. Ever since the new management team, Rose, took over, the building has been looking better than ever. The lobby now has a brand-new front desk, a digital screen for package deliveries, and the Victoria Towers logo displayed both behind the desk and on the front window. Doorbells are finally working, and Samantha has been doing an excellent job keeping things running smoothly. I’m excited to see the upcoming improvements and everything Harlem continues to bring. Truly the best place to live if you’re in Harlem—location, location, location!
