Can't do nothing over here without police always being called, no entrance into your own storage unit without management. Landlord is only in office 2days a week, can barely get maintenance in to fix whatever problem you have... Too be newly remodeled apartments, inside and out ....doesn't look like it. The management sucks, it's a no smoking policy have to go in the parking lot guests and everybody!!!! Might as well be in your own house...
My husband rented here while working in Victoria, after the lease was up and he was out of the apartment he was out and finalized, then they reported him to credit bureau for bogus charges and claimed the did not have his address or email , which was on the leasing paperwork. Beware .
Wow. Unbelievable. I just called to inquire about an apartment and the woman who answered the phone told me she's busy and don't call her again. Just unbelievable
