Jason, Jamie and their crew at Gateway built us a lovely home in spite of Covid and supply chain issues. They are good listeners, creative problem solvers, and we highly recommend them.

I represented two of their clients through two projects with Gateway: Eastern Shore Yacht and Country Club Rebuild; and renovation of kitchen, associated areas and new garage at my own home. Both were organized as Design/Build projects meaning we started with general functional and physical layouts (with architectural help on the first project). Then as each project progressed, we made many on-going decisions as to how to achieve our objectives. Such an approach requires a lot of trust to achieve results in expected time and for appropriate costs. We were successful on both counts for both projects, which speaks to how well Gateway managed their resources, but frankly also for the client to be able to make timely decisions. Jason and Jamie built our dream home. They were detailed, communication was great, quality and finish work is outstanding. Minor repairs after closing have been attended to without question. If we were to do this again we would use them without hesitation! Extremely happy with Gateway Builders!!!
