Victoria Riverside Townhouse Lofts

Amera, the building manager was super helpful with the whole process. Wish she’d have been there to help move me in (hahaha). But otherwise I’m overall pretty happy. Plus, the loft is truly fantastic.

We moved out February 15,2025. I had a master bathroom sink that was cracked. Ameera Sharap ,apartment manager would not replace it until I moved out. She said I will have to pay for that sink and I could have the broken sink and do what I wanted with it. Management was notified of this sink November 19 during an inspection of my apartment.I was tired of my neighbor above me spilling liquid that came through her floor to my apartment. I never got an apology. I will give Victoria Riverside Loft Townhouses one star.

The apartment, and grounds are beautiful. The staff is friendly, and responsive. The building is kept very clean. There’ a nice laundry room. I have the ability for a washer, and dryer in my room. The people are very friendly. My one concern would be the scheduled rent increases.

Victoria Riverside has been home to me for a long time. Our building is sparkling clean, maintenance requests are always answered promptly and professionally, Staff is efficient and friendly, and the grounds are beautifully manicured. I love living here, I always feel safe.

The management and staff at Victoria Riverside are amazing. They keep our building clean and well maintained. Anytime I submit a maintenance request it is fixed within 24 hours, unless it is an emergency, then they address it immediately. Thanks to all of them.
