Hubby and & (like most individuals) just experienced selling and purchasing a home at the same time. Selling our home has been a disappointing nightmare. Purchasing with Long Built Homes was effortless. Had it not been for every Long Built Homes staff member, we truly would not have been handle issues at both ends of this experience. We built a Newbury on our own land with Long Built Homes. Our team — Matt (sales), Jeff (construction), and Scott (service) — were all great to work with. They worked very hard to get us what we wanted. Long Built had a design we liked and built it much faster and for much less than a custom build. We made a lot of upgrades to give it a more custom feel. Long Built was very accommodating. Three upgrades to the Newbury we really recommend: - Square off the breakfast nook — makes a great sitting room. - Square off the primary bedroom — perfect for an office or quiet space. - Go with a full-height basement — it’s a huge basement. The Long Built Homes team made the building process seamless from the start. Their salesman, Matt explained every step from the beginning and his maintained transparency throughout the project with weekly progress emails and photos. The design process was simple and customizable with many high quality finishes and options to choose from. The warranty team has been amazing. Evan and Gordon are highly knowledgeable in all aspects of your home and they are always available. Even now, 15 months post closing, they are willing to go above and beyond. Everyone is super friendly and always accommodating, going out of their way to help in any way they can. Whenever we have questions or need assistance someone is there without exception. Longbuilt Homes went above and beyond creating our dream home. They were so easy and helpful during the planning process and the quality of their work is impeccable. With the year long warranty we were able to fix the very minor problems (doors sticking, small settling cracks) and they responded to our request that day and were out the next. I cannot recommend Longbuilt enough, and tell all my friends when they come over and tell us how amazing our house is! We are so grateful for this company!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with the current state of the sidewalks and public areas in the new subdivision. It’s been 2.5 years since home construction was completed, and yet the builder has neglected to properly finish or maintain these spaces. Far fewer trees have been planted than were agreed to in the subdivision agreement, leaving the area looking barren and unfinished. The walking trail parking area is also unfinished, making it inconvenient for residents who wish to utilize the trails. Furthermore, the walking trails, which were supposed to be a key feature of the community, have not been properly installed or maintained in accordance with the subdivision plans, rendering them unusable in certain areas.
