Victoria Ridge Townhomes

When my son first moved in the apartments were nice, nicely kept and affordable in the $700+ a month for a 1 bedroom. He had a flat pet fee. The apartments have changed hands twice in the last couple years and with increased rent both times and monthly pet fees he is paying over $990 for a small 1 bedroom with his kitty 😺. I am disappointed. When people ask me I let them know up front how much they are, there are cheaper places around. I tell people to shop around.

First thing first. The owners are VERY money hungry. It is February 2023 and we asked them in December 2022 to come fix our shower and that we have black mold in our bathroom. They finally came out in February 2023 and looked at it. They told us to clean up the mold ourselves (which we’ve tried which is why we contacted them). They are refusing to fix our shower because of late fees and a new tv fee that we were unaware of. We haven’t gotten anything stating a tv fee. The late fees are from early 2021-mid 2022 and it’s 5 charges. There’s no issue paying the fees, but why just bring them up now when we asked for you to fix our shower?? They have no problem leaving a letter stating rent is going up. They are charging $1100 a month for a place that is 888 sqft and has no pool or play area for
