Country Haven Apartments

Foshee is gone!! Management has changed and for the first time in years, things are finally getting fixed! The new management ladies have have been an absolute dream to deal with. When stuff breaks, they actually get it fixed in a timely manner. Card machine down in the laundry room? Fixed the next day! I hope the new ladies never leave, they are awesome!

Used to be a decent place to live. Unfortunately it has changed mmgt several times and it gets worse each time. Maintenance is never completed in person but they will close your request stating complete. Mold in bathroom due to poor ventilation in bathrooms. Leaking ceiling, poor outside visibility at night due to lights not working.

A complete and utter dump. But don’t just take my word for it—ask any Saraland local or check a Saraland Facebook group, and you’ll hear horror story after horror story. Service tickets are never addressed. I’ve had major things broken for months, and it’s impossible to get anyone to fix anything. I’ve heard stories about flooding due to neglected maintenance and AC units staying broken all summer. Go ahead and expect to never hear anything from management until rent is due. The pool is currently a disgusting green. The laundry hasn’t worked in over a year. I even heard a resident complain about it, and the apartment manager told them to “try calling the numbers on the machines.” Wild cats are everywhere. We been renting here at Country havens since 2016 now going on 9 years! I feel safe here! Our neighbors knows us and aways looks out for us and us for them! Brianna and Amber are very pleasant and nice when we need something ! The maintence crew are exceptable! They are very nice and will address any problems and correct it before going somewheres else! We just moved from NC and into these apts. The staff and the maintenence are very prompt and welcoming. The staff here answers your questions and makes you feel like home. We couldn't have ask for a better place to call our new home!
