Victoria Point Champaign IL Apartments

!!!Do not live in Refinery building!!! The worse apartment I have ever lived in Champaign in my life. 1. The manager ask for early moved in but the cleaning is not done( maintenance never come again to clean, I clean the mess and carpet by myself) 2. The manager only answer the questions that she wants to. 3. Hidden the facts about the balcony is shared(please be careful) 4. Forcing tenant to sign the noise waiver (this is illegal!!! I’ve ask attorney. Please do not sign the document)which the Refinery event on first floor will have event on almost every SATURDAY ( the whole building is shaking at night time, cannot go to sleep) 5. The unit does not have garbage disposal!!!!!! But on their official website they claimed the unit included disposal. 6. I try to negotiate with them to solve th

I live at the Refinery building, and overall, I have enjoyed living at the building. I find that the rental fee is economical for what is offered: secured access into building and included gym membership with lease at the Refinery Gym (which is also a great gym that offers group classes included with the lease). The weekends that events are hosted on the first floor can be challenging to some, however, I don't find it too much of a disturbance since I live on the third floor. Katie, the leasing manager, has been easy to work with. If I have some questions, she is willing to communicate with me via email, text, or even in-person if that is easier. We lived at Victoria Point for a year, and it was awesome! Washer and drier in unit, brand new appliances, and the apartment was very spacious. My wife and I couldn’t even hear each other talking from opposite ends of the apartment. We had a few maintenance requests, and they always followed through either the same day or the next and always fixed the issue. Katie, the property manager, is super friendly, very accommodating, and constantly communicates with her tenants. I loved getting a text reminding me of upcoming events, inspections, or other activities. She always went above and beyond! Would definitely live here again. One of the nicest apartments in the Champaign area!

Victoria Point has been great for us! The apartment offers great amenities and we love having a gym downstairs! Katie is always very accommodating and does a wonderful job managing the place. Maintenance requests are answered quickly and we never had any issues with our unit.

I have lived in these apartments for a couple years, its a great location and a great price. Katie the property manager is very friendly and accommodating and really goes above to ensure retention of tenants, where a lot of properties manager just see you as here one year gone the next type. Katie and victoria point really do want to keep you happy . also maintenance is very quick and responsive.
