The Legends Apartments & Homes

I’ve lived here for about 5 months and have very much enjoyed it. Super well maintained facilities, staff, and environment all around. Apartments are spacious, well kept, and have very nice amenities. The golf course is very well-let as well, and a very fun spot to play at! I have 0 complaints and would HIGHLY recommend The Legends Apartments to anyone interested!

We have lived at the Legends for about a year and a half, and the experience has been great. Coming from California was a bit of a change and the first winter was a bit to get used to, but the property has made the change a wonderful experience and very comfortable. The management of the property have been very inviting and responsive to all of our needs, and we even changed apartments at one point to obtain a first floor unit. The area is wonderful and the golf course is great. We would recommend The Legends Apartments to everyone.

The apartment is newer, but management need to improve, here are issue I met since I move in less than a month: they do not repair the wall holes and dirty made by previous renter till you say you will renew lease; the lock was dead the 2nd seat since I move in and it was at an extremely cold day: they called me last night mid night to ask for maintenance, I could not sleep after the midnight, how stupid it is? …

I have lived here for over a year and I love it. The amenities are great, they’re pet friendly and have an amazing dog park for my dog. It’s quiet and my neighbors are friendly. The staff is super responsive and helpful whenever you have a question or concern!

We moved into our apartment in June. The leasing staff has been accommodating. The neighborhood is safe. My neighbors are friendly. The amenities are great, I love grabbing coffee in the mornings. Great place to raise a family.
