I also lived in one of their properties over fifteen years ago, and their maintenance service was excellent at the time. My daughter did not live in these apartments but did rent for 3 years, a parking spot. Management returned emails quickly and politely. Some repairs were needed to the ceiling above her spot and they were there the next day and gave her another spot until the job was done. She wanted to move in to one of their locations for this past Fall but all 1 bedrooms were already renewed. It's too bad for it's Management that can make it a good living experience.
