Victoria Flats Apartments

We absolutely loved our time living at Victoria Flats! The building community was like no other and management was top notch. Being right in town, we loved having quick access to the trail and all the shops and restaurants in Victoria. We would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for their next place to call home!

I am updating my review to reflect my dissatisfaction with how my deposit refund was handled. As I informed the manager I did a super through job cleaning my apartment. I went over the cleaning checklists many times to make sure I did not forget or miss anything. I take a lot of pride in doing a fantastic job cleaning. So I was very surprised to see I was charged for 3 hours of cleaning. I received this explanation: "The fridge needed to be pulled out, the vents & patio tracks were cleaned, blinds, the inside of the cabinets wiped down and the light fixtures were cleaned." The first problem I have with this is that aside from the floor behind the fridge, those items weren't even dirty in the first place! I would know, because guess what, yeah, I actually did clean those myself. Aft

I would recommend Victoria Flats to anyone currently searching for a new place to live! Not only is it nestled in the cute town of Victoria, with endless things to do within walking distance, the building and staff are absolutely amazing! We lived here for 2 years and can’t say enough good things. We had zero issues and were sad to leave. Maintenance and building manager were terrific, beautiful and clean apartments, quiet and kind neighbors, and one of a kind amenities. Look no further and move to Victoria Flats! 100/10 recommend.

The on-site manager reached out to me, answered all of my questions and reassured me that she would be there to assist me in every area that I would need going forward. This was huge.!! Kristen is a person there to talk to me directly. getting the job done there on site. To me, that’s the American way!!

We recently moved to Victoria Flats (June1,2024). And to be honest, one of the reasons for choosing VF was because of all the great reviews. Two months in and we cannot say enough good about this complex. Starting with our manager, Ben. He sets the tone and his goodness flows on down and throughout the whole building. Everyone is so kind, communicative and engaging. We immediately felt welcome. The location is the best! Very active friendly downtown by the rail trail. And the apartments are top notch. Clean, modern, well maintained (Adriane works hard to please!!). What a great decision we made to move here. Very happy!! ***March 2025: almost a year later and we are even more happy to be here! What a welcoming, wonderful place to live. Really looking forward to summer again!
