Rowe Residences

Loving life at Rowe Victoria. The building is clean, quiet and beautiful. I love the being able to walk to restaurants and quaint shops. The trail for running and walking is steps away and is groomed all winter. In the warmer months the upper deck patio and party room are great for entertaining. My unit is perfect and spacious.

I've been here for the second half of 2025 so far. The location is great, an easy walk across the street to downtown Victoria. Mike at the front desk has been available for questions or conversation. Brian has had to do some minor maintenance but has always been easy to work with and talk to. This place is super dog friendly. My two dogs enjoy interacting withe some of the other dogs and residents.

Rowe is a phenomenal place to live in Victoria! We moved in because of the great location but fell in love with the management, amenities, community and quality units. The 3 bedroom layout was a game changer for apartment living and works incredibly well for hosting and working from home. Highly recommend checking out Rowe and hope to meet you here!

We moved into the Rowe apartments this past Summer after living in a MN lake house for 30+ years. The apartment itself has a well-designed layout and we have enjoyed all the proper amenities of the entire building community, including the sky deck's high-end grill and the sky lounge for entertaining guests. The coffee bar and speak easy lounge off the lobby are a nice touch too! We have been very impressed with the support offered by the building management especially the few service maintenance requests, which have been resolved quickly and very professionally. By far the best part of our decision to downsize is the location, location, location. We are literally within walking distance of Victoria's downtown selection of restaurants, shops and the amazing Carver Park/Lake Minnetonka wa

I’ve been at Rowe Residences for a week and already love it. The apartment and common spaces are great, and living right in downtown Victoria has been awesome. A special thanks to Grace, whose communication throughout made this an easy decision and a seamless move-in. She’s truly outstanding.
