Viceroy Townhomes

Amazing experience working with Porter Kyle (the management company)! They put you with one person for the whole process, from start to finish, with no back and forth with different people each time. We worked with Ashley and she was super responsive and available. No repeated calls, text messages or emails pressurizing you to do anything or make a decision fast. My roommate and I toured the house multiple times and Ashely was very cooperative each time. When we finally made a decision she was very through with the hand-over as well. Overall very good experience!

I have lived at Viceroy for 8 months now and it is quiet, friendly, conveniently located, great amenities and the grounds are well kept! The staff is great and very accommodating and quick to respond if something needs to be fixed. I would highly recommend Viceroy if you're looking for a great place to live and great value comparatively! I have dealt primarily with Ashley and she has been amazing every time I have come in contact with her or if I needed something answered! She has always been friendly and quick to respond.

I love the townhome feel. I don't like the traffic sounds from Cave Creek Road. It's excessive. Cave Creek Road should be Cave Creek Highway due to the constant speeding by residents. I've been woke up to trucks constantly backing up across the street. I actually had to buy special silverware containers since the drawers are not standard for the silverware drawer. There are a few fixes & improvements that could be made to make the place better. The complex is overpriced and lacks amenities. The owners didn't even bother installing gas or charcoal grills. The pool isnt a resort pool. I'm not sure why management stated that it was in their ads. Nor is the dog park a real dog park. It's a tiny area big enough for one dog to run around in comfortably, I'm not a fan of the $500 deposit. E

Unorganized and totally steered away from my application. I wanted to move in so bad and loved the location for work and school, received the run around. Sad.
