Was a pleasure living there. I was situated near the entrance near the bus depot. I was on second floor. The apartment condition when I arrived was decent. I had trouble keeping RR dist away due to door leak but once closed overall insulation was good. The appliances were decent, except the fridge did happen to be old and minor door problem. Light was low into the living room but that's the location of the apartment rather than the construction. Bedroom had lots of light and so did the 2nd bedroom. I got a balcony which was nice for stashing some extra things as long as it did not peek out from street. The floors were fine and so we're the carpets. Bathroom was okay with some minor water issues due to city water contamination. The management was responsive and responsible whenever I h

This is what I'm still dealing with since December. Of course, they claim it's not an infestation. I was so bad that the residents received a letter stating that they will spray my building due to infestation. I wished I saved the letter that was given to us.

I Just want to start off by saying my experience here at via vista Apartments has been exponentially great!! I have had no issues since iv moved in management is very understanding and kind, genuinely care about there residents here. Amenities are nice, they throw festivities for the residents here i really enjoy living in this community.

Hello. We moved in 10/24 and after since, it has been a nightmare. The previous Manager, Jackie, and Jordan, her assistant were something else. Completely unprofessional and do no care about our well being. We've complained on multiple occasions about roaches all over the apartment and still to this day, we still have roaches. This experience has highten my mental health as well as my son's. I cannot wait to move out in October. It will cost me over 7k to break the lease. It's ridiculous and so sad that they are not willing to work with me on breaking the lease. They said the only thing they can do is call the pest control to eliminate the roaches. That hasn't worked at all. It's really disgusting to walk into your kitchen and find roaches in your food when you just cooked for you

The new Manager, Jennifer is great! The apartments are in a smaller gated complex with all the amenities and close to shopping, schools & places of worship. Inside the apartments are well throught out Floor plans that are comfortable and roomy. Everyone has their own covered potal & covered parking is available. They have a gorgeous pool area where you can BBQ with a seating area. It even has clean showers & bathrooms. There's the kids play area & a dog park. I've lived here for 9 years now & we have great neighbors. I could say more but come in and look for yourself!
