Rainbow Canyon by Centex Homes

The whole process was well guided and with excellent communication for getting my Chimayo home. Jeff was the person I started with and I also worked with Susan later, they were absolutely fantastic. They understand that a first time home purchase is a huge thing!!! And they guide you through your numerous questions and queries. So did all the related Pulte Homes associated agents who were working with me for the loan and Closing. It was a big step with smooth transition. I could not believe that this home buying would be so straightforward and easy with Centex's help! I imagined it would be really stressful, but fortunately it was an amazing experience.

I had a fantastic experience with both Edgar and Susan for my verbena home. Edgar delivered excellent workmanship, paid attention to every detail, and kept me updated throughout the process. Susan was honest, responsive, and made the entire transaction smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their professionalism and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a home with Centex.

Susan is a Gem. She's the best. She's the only reason why this place is getting any stars. BUT......the community is falling apart , no one takes pride in their homes. Overgrown weeds, people leaving couches and trash on their front lawn for weeks on end. People working on cars in the middle of the street, Rv's parked in the street for long periods of time and even abandoned cars at times. Last time I checked, we lived in Rio Rancho, not Albuquerque. The HOA doesn't enforce anything.I don't even know why i'm even paying it.

I am so ecstatic with the new home I purchased with Centex’s Rainbow Canyon community. I just bought a Wildflower model from them, and I absolutely love it. First off, Ryan the Sales Consultant/Realtor on site, was very communicative, patient, detail-oriented and helpful from the very start. Even though I live out of state, Ryan made it possible and easy to do the home buying process from a distance! Frank, the main builder/contractor on site, was very thorough. When I did the first walkthrough of the house, I was speechless. The community is very serene, the service is excellent, and their homes are solid and beautiful. Thank you, Centex Rio Rancho! This is my second review to say Buyer Beware. There are so many problems and upset owners that we want to rent or sale. There are so many issues like poor quality, terrible construction and a do nothing HOA. The doors and windows are substandard and we recently found out that inadequate breakers were installed for a dedicated wash machine outlet. Every time it would spin the breaker would trip. There were several of us with this problem. Although it was known the developers were not proactive in remediating the problem. The blowing dirt was so bad we had to call Code Enforcement, Water Authority among other authorities. Those of us that have spent a LOT of money to landscape and bring in copious amounts of gravel is to no avail as the dirt blows in and DESTROYS our landscaping. Last year t
