Bob gave us Great service on January 12th for issue with our dishwasher. Bob has wealth of knowledge and is very helpful to fix anything. Along with he’s always very educational in advice with utility issues. Bob is a massive resource for his team and this apartment complex

Office: This is my first time on my own. Maria was very patient and helpful with my questions and showing me several units. She has a very welcoming and friendly personality and I felt like she truly cared about my best interests. Thank you so much Maria! It is a pleasure to meet you! 😁🌷

I just recently moved in, so far my experience has been nothing less than wonderful! No bugs, no problems, the maintenance team is great! Robert helped us on our first day here because we thought something was wrong and he inspected and walked through every step of what we thought was wrong, he was extremely kind and turns out what we thought was wrong was actually just brand-new! (It was our garbage disposal, we just had no idea how it worked). Maria helped us every step of the way from our first tour to signing our lease and getting the keys to our first apartment! She was absolutely INCREDIBLE and her energy is unmatched! So far me and my roommate are loving living here!

As with all housing in this area, it is overpriced. The staff is amicable and responsive. The location is very nice if you work in the area and is safe and accessible. It is a place to live and a decent one at that. Better than Albuquerque. Boo Greystar 8/10

Bobbie is awesome and super helpful. The process of getting moved in was relatively painless. I also saw that they handle maintenance requests pretty fast as they have a guy on call and he responded to one while i was going over the move-in paperwork.
