Moving to KC was a big step for me and I was extremely stressed while looking at so many different options and trying to find a place that felt safe but was still close to places to go out. Mac and Megan truly made all the difference and thanks to them this experience has been nothing but positive. They were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and made the entire process so much easier and less overwhelming. The location is excellent, and I genuinely feel safe living here, which was the most important factor for me. Seamless smooth process, recently built 2025 new construction, tons of different floor plans. I personally met with the property manager Mac, extremely kind very patient and helps you find your exact unit you want along the way ! Great price for the location amenities offered.

The Via is a great spot to live. It has everything I enjoy within walking distance and the staff made the moving process as easy it can be, and it’s never that easy.
