If I could rate this ZERO! I would! The lack of organization is absolutely baffling. They consistently and constantly put you off. I was due for a renewal last year and they failed to give it to me throughout the year by saying “we’ll get it to you! Don’t worry” or the famous “I’m working on it and it’s a little busy but I will get it to you by end of day.” I had also asked for a transfer, which they couldn’t do last year so I respected that. I saw that they had openings this year so I asked and it’s the same situation with the lease. The staff are forever confused when I call so that clearly shows there’s no communication going on inside those offices. Live right next to front office and motorcycle was stolen. Terrible security here, they changed the company twice since I’ve been here. They are impossible to get ahold of and even if you reach them they don’t show up or return calls. The bike had an alarm but was still stolen. I contacted management they said there was nothing they could do. I tried to work with you guys to keep my other motorcycle safe and you told me no. I now have to keep it in a storage facility to keep it safe. Your front office knows me and my situation so if you have a change of heart and really want to help me, then they know how to contact me. -update I was told no on every option to keep my bike safe. Just called because I had a couple of questions about the apartments themselves. Told the lady that I'm moving out without my parents and I'm trying to see where me and my fiance would fit in and so she asked me well how many people including children are there going to be I said just me and one child FOR NOW and she said well you said it was going to be you and your fiance and I said I didn't say that I said where we would fit in and me and one child for now ( if she hadnt cut me off she would have known that my fiance is not moving down to nm for at least 1yr) and she started cutting me off and talking over me out of nowhere so I hung up very rude customer service

7 washers work out of 16 amazingly only two dryers not working.The office doesn't do anything when they leave a message on the bottom to call Haven't even he lived here a month and they're saying I don't do things right maintenance comes in your house uninvited and takes pictures good thing we had cameras in my house. And then they put another thing on the bottom saying to call the office they don't do nothing and on top of it I just found other people's personal information with my lease
