I wouldn't recommend nobody to rent from them they rude & nasty but will find any way to keep your deposit!!!!! Money hungry & I would get into detail on them but I'm gonna just warn everyone... My rate is really a negative 0

Do not I repeat do not rent from them my friend had a rat problem they did not fix it ceiling leaking by the light bulb and a stove that won’t even cut on top and bottom and they know about it but they had the nerve to send her a email to not call the property office about maintenance or things that need to be fixed or replaced. If she can’t call and they don’t answer the email or come out to her place how will anything get fixed? And the lady that answers the phone is so rude. I’m not biting my tongue this place is horrible when it comes to living conditions for people that look forward to having a roof over their head. Everyone needs to be fired. If I knew my friend had to live like this i would have just let her stay with me in my house I own.but hey you reap what you sow God see everyt

I rented a home from at first the owner himself but he deployed and switched it to VHS Property. At first I wasn't too happy due to more negative reviews on property management companies around here but since they took over all the way to my move out date they were amazing! Valerie and the other girls were all so happy and professional. Stanley came out to do the initial assessment and again very professional and so nice. The walk through went great, no issue with getting my full deposit back. The whole time, if I had questions or concerns they were there. This is the ONLY rental company I will recommend in this area! The only reason we moved is because we purchased a home. When we PCS I will most likely rent my new home out and use them as the management company! Thank you VHS for you ama

VHS served as my property manager for multiple years and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. Melody managed my property flawlessly. She was always in communication with me whenever there was a maintenance issue with the property and provided me with a list of contractors to get the issues fixed. She frequently inspected the property to ensure the wear and tear was normal and if there was an issue caused by a tenant she held them accountable. If you need a property management team select VHS and you will not be disappointed.
