AUG, 2023 Management changed, and this place has turned to most horrible apartment to live. The new manager is the most rude and unprofessional. Top management, please check her, she is burning tenants. I will have to leave this place if she does not change her behavior. MAY, 2022: I am currently communicating with two wonderful ladies in the management. They are prompt and very helpful. I have completed all my application processes within a day, and the way they are dealing with us is very impressive. Thanks for understanding us and solving all our needs. I inquired about these apartments in May and moved in in July. Val and Angela were very helpful during both the application process and my move in. Over these few months I have seen the improvements that are being made to the property. Work orders are take care of almost immediately. I want to thank both the officer staff and maintenance staff for all the work they have been doing. Keep up the good work!

The staff here is amazing! They are hard-working, pleasant to deal with very attentive to all needs and request! They did multiple things to improve the property and are Planning to do more! I personally watched this property change dramatically in the past Couple of months for the better. The location is phenomenal here in the outskirts Of Lee Summit! But also far enough out for peaceful and country living ! If you’re looking for a place to live in this area, I highly recommended!

I've had a great experience at View High Lake Apartments. The amenities are top-notch, offering everything I need for comfort and convenience. The staff in the leasing office are always friendly and helpful, making the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. I'm also impressed with the maintenance team—they respond quickly and efficiently whenever I need assistance. Overall, it's a fantastic place to live, and I highly recommend it!

I been here for a good 4 months in I wish I never moved here been having bugs since I moved in ! Blinds fell off before I even touch it .. holes in wall didn’t do not one thing when I put a work order in front door is barely stable enough! My kids can’t play like they want to cause a neighbor keeps complaining in they took her side mind you my kids are 2 years old n 3 years old I talk to Valeria n she was know help at all told me that my kids needs to listen ! MIND YOU THEY ARE 2 years old in 3 years old my 3 year old has AUTISM ! They let the neighbor bang on my door scaring my kids in management did not a thing about it but told me & keep on telling me to keep them quiet ! ! These apartment complex’s are horrible! N that 2.9 stars is What they deserve ! Angelia is a horrible property man
