Randal was great at effectively communicating the entire process and helped out whenever needed. Not that this post will matter or change anything, and I almost never leave any review on any company. But this has been hands down one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. Me and my soon to be wife, both in our 20s and first time home buyers were stoked. Not knowing what to expect just knowing we wanted to live together. We went through VU since I am a disabled Veteran and I did not know much else. The buying experience itself was fine, a bit confusing and frustrating. The most frustrating part is what came after. We have been in this house for a little over a year now. Bought in November of 2024. In February of 2025 I submitted my mortgage payment as usual directly from my account. Right before March comes around, I get a call from a lady from VU asking for my February payment
