We called Amy on September 5th for a pre approval, heard back within a couple of hours and we went to close on Friday, October 6,2025. Amy & Ebonee are both amazing to work with! Ebonee is a great communicator, and keeps you informed throughout the entire process. We've worked with Amy before and knew right off, she is the ONLY one we wanted to get this loan done. We highly recommend Amy and her team at Guild Morgage. They're the absolute best!

My husband and I recently closed on our new house, and we used Guild Mortage for our loan approval process. We primarily worked with Ebonee and she was wonderful. Everything was done electronically, except for closing day signing, so we were able to handle things as time permitted with our conflicting work schedules. Ebonee Block and Amy Goss were thorough and efficient and answered all of our questions quicker than I anticipated...and we had A LOT of questions. I would recommend Guild to anyone purchasing a home, especially first-time home buyers or those who haven't been through the process in many years.
