I've called and text my people at Wymore 360 for days about my rent. They cut off my internet I work from home. Now stand chance at loosing my job. Without it means no cancer medication due to health insurance when I get fired. They suck. Had me live here while rebuilding my apartment due to mild and mildew and termites. Now they won't help me. Really I could've sued for mold issues. This is totally unacceptable and worse email I got says 9pm tonight. Guess what they turned it off at 4:30. They don't return any calls or text. Ride around on gold carts doing nothing. This looks like trailer park trash here at wymore 360. I'm so disappointed in this company

VESTECO is an amazing company. Their property Harvard Condo Rentals is very well managed by dedicated staff members who do the best they can to assist their tenants and keep everything running smoothly.

This review is coming the landlord's perspective, but I've dealt with many property mgmt companies to be able to say confidently that Vesteco is one of the best. The truly care about the tenants and the property. YES, they can both be cared for simultaneously and Vesteco does it very well. They're professional, responsive to tenants' needs, and have a long term outlook on caring for the property itself. I'd highly recommend them for tenants and landlords alike!

My ac at Bentley at Maitland has been broken for months. It has caused a tremendously high electric bill. I've sent emails to corporate and to management with no response and no solution. Not even compensation to help with the light bill. I've asked for a professional to come fix the ac as the maintenance staff is completely incompetent. I have gotten no solutions. When the lease is over I can not WAIT to leave this place. I've had work orders about screen issues. Toilet issues. Weather strip on the doors issues. For MONTHS. I've emailed the vesteco team with no response. My son ended up in the hospital due to heat exhaustion after the maintenance man closed all the vents In order to get the ac to work. As I stated before... completely incompetent. Unsafe. Unreliable. And unaccountable.

I just wanted to leave a review about Suheily Santiago. This woman went above and beyond to help get rental verification for us to move as we are prior tenants from 2021-2023. We were having a lot of trouble since the property we were at is now managed under another company. She definitely did her due diligence to help us out. Forever grateful!
