I just completed Investing in Tax Deeds Simplified by Sandra Edmond, and it was incredibly educational and informative. Sandra is an exceptional leader who delivered the course with clarity, expertise, and excellence. I feel much more confident in my understanding of tax deed investing thanks to her guidance.

I recently attended a two day tax deed seminar with Sandra in February of this year. To say that the class, the information and the instructor were phenomenal would be an understatement. I learned so much in that short span of time. Sandra filled in all of the gaps for me, and gave me the tools I needed to be successful in the tax deed business. I signed up for the 2 day tax deed field trip that was instructed by Sandra. She is extremely knowledgeable and her instruction is very comprehensive and thorough. On October 28, 2022, I attended a 2 day field trip Hosted by The Queen of Tax Deeds by Sandra Edmond. It was definitely worth my investment. Sandra is very thorough and provides many resources to make her students as successful as possible. Her class exceeded my expectations. I learned how to invest in tax deeds, tax liens, how to do my own title searches, and surpluses. After taking her class I feel confident beyond excited and ready to invest. 😁😊
