I am a new owner of a home in a community that is managed by Vesta Property Services. During this period, when I am preparing to occupy the home, I have had superior support from Vesta. I want to single out Yanina von Schnier for her untiring support in shepherding my Architectural Review Committee requests, and Chris Diaz for providing advice on the documentation needed. All in all, I give Vesta an excellent rating.

I had a chance to work with Yanina from Vesta. When issues related to my unit came up I found her to be incredibly professional, responsive and helpful. Yanina always had a positive outlook and a pleasant demeanor. I would recommend her in any capacity.

We have only been dealing with Yanina for a short time but in that time she has been extremely helpful to us. Not only is she a very nice and friendly person she definitely keeps us laughing. She has gone out of her way to help anytime we ask any questions. We are really going to miss Yanina and wish her all the best.

Margarita has been so helpful. I am a new owner and had Vesta Property Mngt under a previous property and was unable to access The Estuary Phase III website using my email username. Unfortunately, my account was not accessible and I was given the name and phone number for Engagenumerate and they were able to immediately help me. Margarita is so pleasant and polite.
