My husband Mr. Arnie and I, Jenny Smith were incredible impressed by our sales manager Robert Brennan at Costa Point in Vero Beach, Fl. We recently bought our retirement lot where our home we’ll be built. Robert’s exceptional market knowledge and attention to our needs and preferences made the entire process smoothly and stress free. The train noise can be heard in the entire community. I lived on Haven Cir along 41st street and I am selling that home. The train was audible but not significant, the traffic on 41st is not significant. I now live on Hideaway and the noise difference is Significant. I'm posting this because you may hear the bright line and think, oh not too bad. The fright trains are much louder and blow the whistles all night. We have added insulating drapes to our windows and looking for additional resources in addition to ear plugs. Just letting others know in advance because we under estimated the noise. There is also a constant hum of the route one traffic louder that traffic on 41st

Very positive experience working with the DiVosta team. Our sales person, Denise Tragale was extremely helpful from the moment we first met. She outlined the process with the level of detail that made us very comfortable. She helped pick up the lot which we liked better than the one we first chose ourselves.
