Verity Luxury Apartments

We recently moved in to the apartments and the transition was so seamless. Darlene was very professional and accommodating to our last minute needs. Russell and Durand have been so helpful and quick to respond to any help we have needed. The location is amazing just minutes from the beach and close to everything including the airport. The amenities are beyond our expectations and we are enjoying our fresh start here.

Just moved into Verity last week and have already had such a positive experience. I’ve worked with Darlene, Isabella, and Russell from maintenance, and each of them has been so accommodating and helpful. Russell has already been out promptly to take care of a couple of work orders, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. The grounds are beautiful, the community feels welcoming, and I’m genuinely looking forward to living here. I’ll plan to share another update as I get more settled in, but so far, everything has been wonderful.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Durand Estima, and I can confidently say he’s one of the most knowledgeable and attentive service technicians I’ve ever worked with. From the moment he greeted me, Durand took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explain each step of the process, and ensure I understood exactly what was being done. Highly recommend asking for Durand if you want things done right the first time. Exceptional service all around!

My family and I have spent a lot of time researching and visiting properties along the east coast of Florida and I have to say I'm impressed with Verity here in Vero. Verity's grounds and amenities are sleek and clean and matched only by their staffs professionalism, their knowledge of the property and surrounding area, and genuine kindness. If your looking for luxury in Vero Beach, get in here quick before word gets out.

I wish there were a way to leave a 6 star review. The Verity is a true luxury experience. I feel like I live at a resort. The property manager , Darlene , is a dynamo. The maintenance staff is beyond professional. I have live in Vero for 7 years. This is by far the best living situation for the price point. Unbelievable. Very thankful to be a resident.
