Vesta Property Services

The lady at the front desk in the Flagler office, should be nicer, more helpful and more polite when it comes to property owners communications. Not a good 1st impression when dealing with property management. She is the face of the company! She needs help on public relations.

Vesta is our third property management company and so far the BEST. Our property manager Katie is very professional and easy to work with. Sometimes I feel she might be over-loaded with other properties and response time might not always be efficient. Also not sure if "time on premise" is sufficient to better interact with owners and do (and report) a "walk around" inspection of complex. Being a past board president, I'm somewhat tough and critical on property managers.

Possibly the most poorly managed business in Flagler County. Multiple accounting errors, always in their favor, little to know correspondence which may be their best asset as they typically are guessing for most of their answers. Never in my 40 years of owning investment property have I seen such a mess. Polished on the front but check under the hood if you are considering a property management company.

Vesta Property Services has been our community provider for over 9 years. I have been President for 8 years. I am familiar with other property management service companies, because I am a Broker Associate as well as a licensed Insurance investigator. The response and overall service from Vesta has been terrific. When I see the lack of service from other providers I know we made the right choice and continue to be satisfied with their services. They have never taken us for granted. I can recommend them without ever doubting my recommendation.

In my experience with Vesta Property Services, they are a great company. I know someone who works for them and they offer their employees many benefits and are very family oriented. I also know of some of the properties that they manage and how hard these people work for their clients. They are top notch and would highly recommend them!
