Diana Milne has been outstanding. She has been kind, patient, professional, knowledgeable and efficient.

Patrice is the best property manager we have ever communicated with. She is very efficient and communicates very well with regards to all of our rental properties. She always makes sure we have all the paperwork needed and helps getting them approved in a timely manner. I don't know what we would do without her.

Wanted to recognize one of Vesta’s truly outstanding performers Bridget Wilkins who has come into Seasons @ Bonita Springs and is doing an amazing job assisting residents with various issues since her arrival. Yesterday I requested to have a new fountain that was recently installed, repaired as it had only been functioning for less than 2 weeks. I made the request yesterday morning and by mid afternoon the issue was resolved and the fountain was functioning properly again. I am so impressed and truly grateful to Bridget who wasted no time sending in the work order while I was standing there and was able to get this resolved same day! The staff is very helpful and friendly. Particularly Patrice who helped me with my Leases for a property that I own. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. My paperwork was handled with care and professionalism. I received the approvals back within 1-2 days and she was always fast to reply to my emails. I am looking forward to many years of working together with this office as long as she is there. Hopefully.
