Kendall Creswell was great through the whole process. She answered every question we had timely and made sure we felt confident. During the first meeting to drop off deposit I was anxious, but she was super friendly and made the process feel slightly easier. I really enjoyed working with Kendall as most know renting or buying is stressful regardless. I would love to work with her again in the future. My only complaint is the hidden fees Vesta has when signing the lease as there are technology fees and lease fees that are expensive. I appreciate the payment plans, but if known before I may have looked around more before jumping all in because I had given the deposit before aware of the extra fees as it was also not listed. I am so thankful for Vesta properties they accepted My Husband and I application as we are newlyweds and in the process of rebuilding our credit. In my experience Vesta Property Management was irresponsible and unresponsive. There was more damage to our rental property during their 4 months in charge than during the previous 10 years when we managed it ourselves. Signed a lease with 1 adult, 3 kids. 7 or 8 people moved in. They drove large trucks and trailers on the yard, destroying the landscaping and causing serious erosion. Repair estimates approach $7500! Unwilling to correct these issues, recommended the tenants be "allowed to leave". Because we "agreed" he returned their deposit with no deductions for the damages. Vesta did not do a move-out inspection. We hired Vesta to increase our income and decrease our stress with this property. The opposites occurred.

We have been leasing with Vesta Property Management for three years now and could not be happier. Their customer service is outstanding, timely, cordial, and complete. We highly recommend Vesta Property Management.
