I felt I was lied to by the agent. She had told me the commission would be 3% when she brought the docs to sign she said this is what we talked about with the along price being 185,000 I did not raise the selling price Buyers agent did to give the buyer money. I was under the impression the commission would be still based on 185,000 which would have been 5,550.00 it went up being 8640.00 which is 4.5 of 192 000. My agent didn't do much of anything for this sale within 24 hours of signing there was a contract. I would not have feelings of mistrust for this agent and agency if she had been totally upfront. I would not recommend dawn nor coldwell to anybody any where on earth. I give you below 0 as far as a grade.
