Vesta on 12th Apartments

Big thank you to Anahi and Jose. Jose does great work and has been so nice in all of his visits. Knocked out two maint requests today while I was home. Worked out great! Thanks again 🙂

This place is a complete joke. The management team is extremely unprofessional and clearly plays favorites with certain residents instead of treating everyone fairly. The office is constantly closed during business hours, they never answer the phone, and when they do, nothing ever gets resolved. Instead of actually helping residents, management is always walking around in other people’s business, gossiping, and doing everything except their job. Maintenance requests get ignored, complaints go nowhere, and residents are left to deal with problems on their own. There is zero security, which makes living here feel unsafe, yet rent keeps going up for absolutely no reason. What exactly are we paying for? Definitely not safety, service, or quality. ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!! I went into the office to get help with an issue in my apartment and was treated with complete disrespect by a staff member named Anahi. From the moment I walked in, her attitude was rude and dismissive. She told me she was “going to lunch” and to come back later, like helping residents was an inconvenience to her. I came back four hours later, and somehow the experience got even worse. She couldn’t give me a single answer about why there was an issue in my apartment and didn’t even bother to ask what the problem was. No questions, no effort, no professionalism — nothing. It is very obvious that Anahi has no leasing agent experience and little to no customer service skills. She clearly needs proper training because the way she interacts with residents is unacceptable. H

We just moved in, it will be a week on Wednesday And we have been absolutely happy with everything. The application process was easy and Anahi is really good about explaining things and being transparent about everything. We have had nothing but Positive experiences since we've moved in. The staff at Vesta always make us feel welcomed and the neighbors are so sweet and friendly. I love the convenience of the laundry room appliances, no more hassle with quarters! All in all, we are very happy to call Vesta on 12th our New Home 😍

Nothing is more stressful than when it comes to looking for a new place to move to. We came to Vesta with high hopes and we got approved to move in. The application process is easy and Anahi did a very good job helping us through the entire process, anywhere from clearing up any confusion, openly communicating with us to insure things were situated, and even making us feel so welcomed when we walk in. We enjoy our apartment and we are glad to call Vesta our new home. Thank you Anahi and thank you Vesta for welcoming us home! The kids love it here too!
