Vespaio

I have been living at Vespaio for 1 year, and in the beginning everything looks right until you need them to resolve, they only do it if is consider an emergency request, if you make a request through the Loft app for a common area issue, they just close it the following day without resolving it. The building is nice and the location is central and close to caltrain, Whole Foods is just crossing the street which is convenient and our packages have never gotten stolen. But on the other hand, the common areas like the patio hallways and the gym are very small and not well maintained, there are only 2 treadmills for 160 apartments and 1 of them is not working and the screen of the other one doesn't work since like 6 months. As a self-identified "city person", living here was a breath of fresh air after having lived in the North San Jose area for most of my Bay Area life. You live in walking distance from San Pablo Square, and Whole Foods is right across the street (it's so convenient!). Traffic leading to the 87 is not congested other than during Sharks games/SAP Center concerts (so some evenings during the year), so it feels pretty accessible to the rest of the Bay Area. You also live really close to Target/Trader Joe's/World Market (if you haven't been, check out its world food/snack section -- such a treat)/Marshalls, and if you're a Sharks fan, you don't need to pay for event parking any more-- just walk over. Where do I begin to start? Vespaio appeared to me as a safe environment and less chaos however I’ve came to the realization that Vespaio is actually the root of many issues. Vespaio doesn’t handle destruction of your property, your guests vehicles and/or belongings do not matter of importance to Vespaio either. Noisy and disruptive neighbors and Vespaio tells you to report it to a non emergency line. I don’t believe in Vespaio to handle much of our problems as residents. I don’t want to feel like a prisoner in my own home. Vespaio has made us feel like prisoners kept inside. Whilst I appreciate like many others here have, the safety of residents. Residents and their guests must pay for parking and I get the residents monthly fee however for our guest the amounts are absolutely insane not t

We’ve been living at Vespaio for a year and a half now, and one of the consistent highlights has been the amazing team, especially Dominique. She is incredibly hardworking, kind, and always willing to help. We constantly see her around the building, running from one task to another, always with a smile and a positive attitude. Dominique is especially patient and caring, and it truly shows in how she interacts with residents. She’s the kind of person who makes a building feel like home, always going the extra mile to make it a better place to live. Thank you, Dominique!

We’ve been living at Vespaio in San Jose for over a year now and couldn’t be happier! The leasing team—MD Khan and Dominique Carrillo—have been absolutely amazing. They’re always quick to respond, kind, and incredibly helpful with anything we’ve needed. It’s rare to find a team that truly cares, and they make Vespaio feel like home. Thank you both for everything you do—we really appreciate you! Highly recommend Vespaio to anyone looking for a warm, well-managed place to live in San Jose.
