I do not know enough words to describe how great a Realtor Mike is. I thank the universe every single day to have come across Mike by chance. He is an expert when it comes to understanding the client and their needs. He is also very good at giving the space and time a client needs and works based on their pace. The number one best thing about him is he is not pushy! We all know that agents make money only when a sale goes through, and hence get very pushy. Bought a house with Mitch and Katya and I have no regrets! They understood my needs, never pushed me one way or the other, and gave me space to figure out what was right for me. Once I put in an offer, they did a lot of background work to find out what the seller was expecting and pushed my offer to the top. When I was in contract, they led me every step of the way and even gave me contacts for loan agents, home insurance, and decor so I didn’t feel overwhelmed with the next steps.
