Verraso Apartments

On Saturday, February 21, I went to the office to renew my contract and was assisted by Linda. I truly appreciate her professionalism, patience, and willingness to help. It is a great benefit for the condominium to have staff like her, always ready to assist quickly and efficiently. Thank you for the excellent service—I highly recommend her!

I have lived at this apartment complex for approximately one year. During our first month of residency, there was an attempted theft of my husband’s vehicle. In the fourth month, his vehicle was broken into again and sustained significant damage. The car was not stolen, likely because it is a manual (stick-shift) transmission. Recently, there has also been an increase in squatters occupying vacant units. Additionally, the entrance gate has been broken for an extended period and has not yet been repaired, which raises serious concerns about the safety and security.. Within the past few days, there has been police activity on the property related to squatters. There have also been reports of vehicles being stolen from the complex. It was fast and easy. They were able to fix my washer, dryer, bathroom medicine cabinets super fast. They cleaned out my dishwasher Which is great I just need to test it out once I buy dishware lol. Time for me Complaining now: I got 3of them. They’re for the Refrigerator and the oven. They were not able or they haven’t found the right Bottom storage shelves that you put your vegetables in to fit correctly, they got me one, but it’s super loose and it doesn’t even fit in the holder but I got one at lest. I have a Plastic container that I got from Dollar tree in the meanwhile. The light bulb in the refrigerator just hangs down, not in a secure spot not sure if that’s what it’s supposed to or safe. but it kind of reminds me of a little disco ball just hanging there🤣. The second complaint is,

This place is horrible! There is trash by the playground ALWAYS, Kids are outside random hours of the night playing and screaming! There have been many car break ins here and I literally witnessed an attempted car theft that didn’t go as good as they thought. We moved in in May of 2024 and they moved us into a raggedy unit with dirty pet stained carpet that they NEVER cleaned! They charge sooooo many fees that the rent goes from $1439 to $1686 per month! They charge you violations at the drop of a hat without much explanation. All the positive reviews are of people who JUST moved in! Literally. They’re unaware of the quality of living here. We made several complaints over the year we been here and nothing gets resolved. They also enter your apartment every 3/4 months doing an “inspection “

Linda was incredible to work with. She really took her time with us, going over all my questions and stopping to point out where things were when I asked about them. She made the whole process feel effortless.
